bogie test rigs, wheel profile system, chevron testing
system, deadman pedals, foot pedals and driver’s
cabin heaters.
IBEG has been engaged in developments
for general mechanical engineering since 1968. Here, components

IBEG has been developing and delivering
pneumatic sanding systems for rail vehicles for 20 years.
More than 20,000 systems are currently in use worldwide.
IBEG can therefore, quite rightly, claim the title of
the biggest systems supplier worldwide.
The products are in use all over the world and must therefore
be able to operate at full capacity with little or no
maintenance required.

Access Ramps and Folding Steps bridge
the gap between platform and vehicle and ensure safe access
for all passengers. Access ramps are essential for handicapped
travellers, particularly wheelchair users.
IBEG has been designing and manufacturing moveable entry
systems for passenger transportation systems since 1972.
IBEG manufacture both electric and pneumatic drive units.
IBEG retractable access ramps are especially helpful for
the disabled traveller.

The IBEG sliding step system can be extended up to an
expansion length of 225 mm. Limit switches acknowledge
the final position. Current limiting circuits will stop
the movement of the step if it encounters an obstruction
before reaching its final position providing variations
in gaps between vehicle floors and platforms.
